Thanks for this Pete. I left the corporate world years ago for the nonprofit world. Now I have my own consultancy. I appreciate this article, being someone who looks in the mirror often. As we say in recovery, if you run into three assholes in a day, you may want to look into the mirror. As I have gotten older I lowered that to one. Thanks again.
