Thanks for the article, Markham. Most of the milks I drink are what we make at home. It's easy, and only two or three ingredients. When we buy it we check ingredients to make sure there isn't a lot of what you mention. It's easy to find.

I stopped eating dairy 27 years ago as I didn't want to support the animal cruelty involved.

As far as I know, based on annual physicals/bloodwork etc., I am pretty healthy at 57 aside from occasional sciatic pain.
