Spending some time in Tucson
The more I visit Tucson the more I love it.
With family in Tucson and slowly building my business there, plus a road trip to Texas for work, I have been lucky to be in Tucson several times last year (and heading back soon!). If you ever have the chance to go, take it.
And if you’re every driving across country on Interstate 10, I definitely recommend a stop, even if for just one night.
My first spot to recommend is the Cartel coffee lab. In downtown Tucson, it’s a great place to work from, delish coffee, and all of the baked goods are vegan. The wifi is perfect for working, and even with many customers there while I was, it wasn’t noisy. If you are digital nomading in Tucson, this would also be a perfect place to work.
The food scene in Tucson is great. Being vegan, I have most of my meals at either Lovin’ Spoonfuls or Tumerico. Both have wonderfully friendly staff and delicious food.
