Shout Out for Amazing Hospitality
An ongoing series on businesses that totally get customer service.
I’ve decided to write about businesses that blow my mind with customer service. I’ll share these as I have the experiences. I focus my writing on nonprofit fundraising: along with businesses, these articles will be helpful for nonprofit fundraising teams as they build relationships with donors and communities. We all can do better.
This shout out is for Dirty Dogs in Solana Beach, CA.
From an email I received from them after services. “Since 2008, our family has been dedicated to raising the standards of pet care in San Diego. We’re a local brand that believes in providing pets with the best quality products and services at the most competitive price points.”
I was in San Diego for Altrui work and had Nadia, one of our dogs, with me. We went to the beach for some self care time (for me!).
I realized her nails were long and found a place super close that could take care of her. I called and listened to a voice message that told me all I needed to know: nail trims were on a walk in basis!
