Mel! What an awesome article! Not surprised. Thanks for this. I learn so much from you. We feel lucky that we bought here in southern California six years ago as now we could not purchase our home. We have about ten years before bot of us are "retired" so we have some time to decide if we want to stay here are create lives elsewhere.
