If you’re in the nonprofit fundraising world, you know what I am talking about. If not, just think business plan.
I talk about fundraising plans every day. They are easy to write off, easy to put off, and easy to ignore. It’s much easier to say that fundraising plans are simple to create while at the same time acknowledging that you don’t have one. Or, you have one, from five years ago.
No judgement here of course. These are just things I hear when bringing up fundraising plans. We work on a lot of fundraising plans for our clients and I have heard it all.
