Went to another wonderful Glendora High School orchestra concert last night. The excellent fundraising struck me.

If you’re in nonprofit fundraising, check out how the orchestra conductor fundraises:

Makes it super easy to give.

The audience is asked when they arrive to donate, just before the concert begins, and in the program.

The audience is informed what their donations are used for (instrument repair, music coaches).

The audience is informed of the impact of their past giving.

The QRC code to donate is everywhere.

The concert is super enjoyable, enticing one to donate.

The audience is thanked for all of their support.

Take a risk. Be of service. Support your friends and colleagues. Be kind.
